All boarders are required to strictly adhere to the rules and regulations of the Hostel.
Adherence to the prescribed daily routine is mandatory for all boarders.
Boarders are expected to maintain the highest standards of discipline, both within and outside the hostel premises.
Boarders shall not leave the hostel premises without prior permission from the Warden or Deputy Warden.
Boarders are responsible for keeping their rooms clean, neat, and orderly at all times.
Any damage to hostel property will invite strict disciplinary action, and the cost of repair or replacement shall be recovered from the concerned boarder.
Prior permission from the School Office or Warden must be obtained before meeting parents or relatives.
In all matters concerning violations of hostel rules and regulations, the decision of the Hostel Committee shall be final and binding.
Boarders shall present their luggage for inspection to the Warden at the time of arrival and departure.
Possession of mobile phones and other electronic gadgets by students is strictly prohibited on campus.
Hostel Rules for Parents
Parents and guardians are expected to cooperate fully with the school in the effective implementation of hostel rules and regulations.
It is obligatory for parents and guardians to promptly respond to any communication or call from the hostel or school authorities.
Parents are requested to note that frequent or unauthorized absence of their ward hampers academic progress. Leave will be granted only on prior request and under unavoidable circumstances, in accordance with the prescribed leave rules.
Overstaying beyond the sanctioned leave period will be treated as a breach of discipline.
No student is permitted to leave the hostel premises without prior permission from the hostel authorities.
Visitors are permitted to meet students only in the office area and strictly with prior approval of the management. Parents and guardians are not allowed inside hostel rooms.
No letters, money orders, or parcels shall be sent to or received by students without the knowledge of the Warden.
The hostel does not provide food or accommodation facilities for parents or guardians.
Parents are requested to address all matters concerning their ward directly to the school management.
Regular boarders returning home after holidays must be accompanied by a parent or an authorized escort. If the escort is someone other than the parents, a written authorization letter from the parents is mandatory. The same procedure applies when the student returns to the hostel.
Parents and guardians are advised not to send money or valuables with their ward. Any such items found will be confiscated by the institution. Violation of this rule may invite disciplinary action. The decision of the management shall be final and binding.
Parents and guardians visiting the campus are strictly prohibited from bringing non-vegetarian food onto the premises.
During visits, parents and guardians are not permitted to take students outside the campus and are requested to utilize only the designated lounge or pool area.
