We are a progressive school that leads every child on a fruitful learning journey, nurturing and empowering every learner to discover their best selves and evolve into purposeful contributors to society. We invite applications from all nationalities for the academic year 2023-2024 for admission in the following grades. Aadya Academy follows a fair, transparent admission process and is not a selective school. We believe that every child is unique, valuable and worthy of equal opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
Prep 1- Nursery 3+ years on 1st June
Prep 2- LKG 4+ years on 1st June
Prep 3 – UKG 5+ years on 1stJunJune
Class 1 onwards 6 + years
Admission Process
Step 1
Parents can download the application form and mail the duly completed form or fill the Enquiry Form on our website and receive a call from the academic counselor. Out station applicants can complete the admission formalities & entrance tests on-line. If you are relocating to Bangalore and would like to discuss your specific requirements, please do not hesitate to contact the Admissions Department, who will be happy to help you.
Step 2
Upon submission of the Enquiry Form, the parents receive communication regarding their location and contact details for the next steps.
Step 3
Our admissioncounselor will connect with the parent over call and schedule a campus campus visit.
Step 4
The parent is then requested to visit the campus and avail the Admission Kit which contains a folder, a prospectus, an application form and a transport form from School.
Step 5
Parents are then requested to submit the Application Form for their child’s school admission with all necessary documents.
Step 6
If the student has applied for Kindergarten section, admission to the school will depend on the observations/ interactions made by the teachers. Studentsapplying for classes above Grade 1 have to attend an entrance test which is a Baseline Assessment Test. This test paper is completed based on the knowledge acquired in the previous academic year.
Step 7
Parents can confirm the admission by paying Registration amount and Admission Blocking amount.
Step 8
The child enrollment number is generated and the admission process is successfully completed. You would be receiving a welcome email from the Head of School, admissions office and the respective co-ordinator with all the details you need regarding transport, uniforms, important contact information, Dos and DON’Ts. If you have enrolled your child at the beginning of the academic year, you would also receive an invitation to attend the school Orientation Day.
Documents To Be Submitted With The Registration Form
- Photocopy of the Birth Certificate and the Original Birth Certificate to be carried for verification.
- Two recent colour passport size photographs of the student.
- Copy of Aadhar Card of Child and of both Parents.
- Proof of residence – A self attested photocopy of the Electoral card/Driving License/Passport/Electricity Bill (Originals of these documents required for verification).
- Medical certificate of child (In case of any Major Ailment/ Allergy).
- Proof of previous class studied – Transfer Certificate / Study Certificate / Report Card (except for class Pre KG).
- Photocopy of child’s passport with valid visa (Foreign students and NRI’s).
