Students must carry the School Diary every day. The diary must be updated with complete information along with the photograph of the child and duly signed by the parents / guardian.
Students must get all notes / circulars signed by their parents / guardians and return them to the class teacher in the specified time period.
Punctuality is a must. Student should reach the school 5 minutes prior to the assembly bell.
At the first bell, the student should assemble for the assembly in absolute silence.
The school reserves the right of taking action against the late comers.
All students should be habitually clean & neatly dressed.
Students not adhering to the school uniform come may have to bear the consequences.
Running, playing or shouting in the academic blocks is not allowed.
Students are not encouraged to take long leaves, If need arises, prior permission should be obtained from the Principal.
Every student must have minimum 80℅ attendance to be promoted to the next class.
Student can leave the premises during school hours only on availing a gate pass from the Principal.
All school property should be treated with care, scribbling on the walls & desks is strictly forbidden.
No students should indulge in any sort of disfigure or damage to school property, display of rude or violent behaviour or indulge in casteism, communalism or practice untouchability. If found guilty, the school shall take strict measures.
Use of cell phones and other gadgets by students is strictly forbidden. Strict penalty will be imposed if found guilty.
Boys are restricted from having long hair, fancy hairstyles, tattoos, and ear piercings.
Girls are not permitted to have fancy hair styles, long untied hair. Hair below shoulder length should be neatly plaited.
Girls are not permitted to wear gold jewellery, flowers, painted nails and mehendi.
Consumption of Non Veg food inside the campus is strictly prohibited.
Students should not wear or carry, costly items. If lost school will not be held responsible.
English should be the only language used for communication in the campus except during Kannada and Hindi periods. Failing to adhere to the rule may call for action.
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS
Parents are an integral part of the school and the school seeks their cooperation in enforcing all guidelines that will benefit the child and assist in the smooth functioning of the school.
Parents need to understand that a good amount of regular work and practice is required for success. They should ensure that their children complete the home assignments, prepare their lessons and take part in all the activities of the school.
Though the circulars and assignments will be sent through the App, Parents need to sign the diary regularly and go through the “Message from teachers” and “Note to Parents” pages in the School Diary and also track their child’s progress.
Parents will not be permitted to visit their child’s classroom or meet children during schools hours.
Parents need to send written request to the Principal / Class Teacher for any information or documents required from the school, specifying the purpose for which it is required.
Communication with teachers can be done by writing a note in the school diary. In case, if parents feel the need to have a personal discussion with the teachers or the Principal, they can do it with a prior appointment with the concerned person.
